Hotel Romance

The hotel is located in Tržní Street, right next to the fountain of the colonnade. As soon as I arrived at the reception, I was surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. The interior of the Hotel is cozy, restful and clean. The Exclusive Double Room on the fourth floor overlooking the Colonnade Fountain was amazing. The room has a TV, radio, coffee set, fridge and safe. The room is equipped with a separate bathroom with a bathtub and sanitary facilities. Pleasant restaurant service, professional approach and communication in several world languages. Dinner - the possibility of choosing from the À la carte menu, where lovers of fish, meat and salads can choose. I ordered a starter - fried shrimp on garlic butter and toast. As a main course, strips of filet steak with vegetables and potato pancakes. Breakfast is served as a buffet with a rich and varied selection of hot and cold dishes. As a former chef, I could not fault the kitchen. The food was excellent. There are many interest and beautiful views of the city in the vicinity of the hotel. I had a very pleasant feeling and was very satisfied during my stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it 🙂 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

People on the front desk are absolutely wonderful! We received a great room with great view but no air-conditioner in it. With no complaints I just asked if there any possibilities to move us to an air-conditioned room. Received a promise to get it as soon one will be available. It was done on the second night. This was absolutely great! We asked gor few arrangements with the concerts, restaurants, taxi for the way back to bus station. All was done in a very professional way.

The hotel is situated in heart of Karlovy Vary, near most of the hot springs and retains some of the fin-de-siecle atmosphere of old Karlsbad. Even if is situated in the pedestrian area, it is possible to unload luggage, simply phone the reception on arrival and they can lower the obstacles, and then if you reserved a parking place, the hotel has nearby some places. More than half the hotel is renovated but as we have booked a room with balcony, despite the very nice view, it was hot with no air conditioning and the bathroom was dated so we asked the second night and received an other room modern and with air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and we recommend also dinner. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Large room on top floor with nice view and neutral dark wood furnishing, breakfast, helpful staff. I loved that the room had a proper desk, we were happy about the small sparkling wine in the minibar :)
