The hotel is located in Tržní Street, right next to the fountain of the colonnade. As soon as I arrived at the reception, I was surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. The interior of the Hotel is cozy, restful and clean. The Exclusive Double Room on the fourth floor overlooking the Colonnade Fountain was amazing. The room has a TV, radio, coffee set, fridge and safe. The room is equipped with a separate bathroom with a bathtub and sanitary facilities. Pleasant restaurant service, professional approach and communication in several world languages. Dinner - the possibility of choosing from the À la carte menu, where lovers of fish, meat and salads can choose. I ordered a starter - fried shrimp on garlic butter and toast. As a main course, strips of filet steak with vegetables and potato pancakes. Breakfast is served as a buffet with a rich and varied selection of hot and cold dishes. As a former chef, I could not fault the kitchen. The food was excellent. There are many interest and beautiful views of the city in the vicinity of the hotel. I had a very pleasant feeling and was very satisfied during my stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it 🙂 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brilliant hotel, room, location, service, meals, views & communication. I was offered a room upgrade which I took and it was an excellent decision to have a room with a view overlooking everything. Just beautiful! A two minute walk to the famous mineral fountains, gisa, river, churches & buses. Don’t forget to have a ‘pearl bath’ or a candle massage! I just loved Hotel Romance and didn’t want to leave. 10/10!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. clean and spacious room, clean bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with many different choices of food and beverages. We also had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel , great service, delicious meals and cocktails. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent location right in the middle of Karlovy Vary ! Excellent breakfast, with everything, one cannot eat all of the various displays. Staff very nice and helpful, the waiters at breakfast very attentive and working to clean and serve at the best ! Reception people also, english and german speaking. Cleaning and changing towels every day. A plus is the terrace facing the street, where you can enjoy smoking and drinks.

A comfortable traditional hotel located near the river that runs through the valley, within easy walking distance of the various springs, shops and restaurants. We had a spacious room with good seating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen anywhere in Northern Europe; very varied in terms of content ( we were there 3 nights and there were new items each day), carefully presented and well managed by attentive staff .

The location was perfect, parking was convenient and not too expensive, breakfast was very good with a large variety of choices, and the staff at breakfast was very nice and welcoming.

Both the breakfast and dinners were excellent. We selected the full board for our stay. The breakfast options were very good and the time frame both breakfast and dinners were very good. The location was prefect being in the center part of town very close to one of the fountains. Room serve was very good and done daily (not every other day like most hotels are trying to make the norm0.

The hotel and the location is incredible, the breakfast was great with good variety for everyone. The city view is amazing seeing the colonade, all the sights are within 15 minutes walk.
